An evaluation of the “Diabetes 101” education program tailored for community health workers who serve Native Hawaiians and other Pacific Peoples. Since the program’s inception in 2004, the seminar has been taught 22 times, 17 times across the State of Hawai‘i and 5 times within the Continental U.S. reaching a total of 303 individuals.Diabetes Training for Community Health Workers
